Stadium Station is a Sound Transit Central Link light rail stop in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle. It is at street-level, alongside the King County Metro Busway, just south of Royal Brougham Way.
The station has a center platform, and is accessible from Royal Brougham Way. It opened on July 18, 2009, and 170,000-250,000 yearly boardings are predicted[1], dependent on the number and size of events at Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, and the CenturyLink Field Events Center.
Next to the station is the start of a trail that parallels the light rail route. The trail stretches from South Royal Brougham Way to South Forest Street. The trail connects with the Mountains to Sound Greenway trail.
